      You will always be asked to extend your day more than 12 hours in the name of productivity, this is the the worst management that I have ever seen. Leads and managers are cunning and they will always make use of employees to get some benefit to them and employee will get nothing. Worst company, don't join here

      Benefits are good and great amenities.

      Cons

      A lot of favoritism in order to get promoted. Management is out of touch with what goes on in the department. No processes are in place or enforced. Therefore accountants are always cleaning up after others. A lot of unnecessary rework. High turnover which causes stress and increased workload for those who are left. Rehiring takes forever.
