      Pros

      There are still some great people at the company.

      Cons

      The merger was painful. The company continued to run legacy processes and systems throughout 2017 making things very inefficient.

      IT and Company getting worse by the month

      Pros

      Used to have nice colleagues... still have some left. I like the CEO as a person, but perhaps he isn't ready for this large of a role

      Cons

      IT has no (zero, nada, absolutely nothing) for leadership So disorganized that much of the talent has already left CIO doesn't communicate (even though he has a communication team) CIO may get to the level he needs to be at, but it's going to take a long time he should be working with someone who has done it before and knows what to do CIO & IT Leadership Team don't seem to be aligned Little to no respect or appreciation for team Too many people bored with nothing to do so their skills are getting rusty Benefits are being reduced Company senior leadership doesn't seem to be getting their act together Merger is such a mess and leadership did not take different work cultures into account Business is in a sinking market and company needs to realize this and build itself accordingly

      Most of the good things about FMC are going away since the take over, I mean merger. Layoffs every week now. Cuts to benefits.

      Cons

      Morale is VERY low. Every week you go to work wondering if you still have a job.
