      Pros

      The pros of working there have declined in recent years, especially post merger. On the most part, friendly people to work with.

      Cons

      Lack of opportunities, lack of job security, average salary offering, lack of focus on the people. HR are useless. Senior management micro-manage.

      -Many different departments -Versatile options for roles

      Cons

      -Nearly impossible to get raises (no cost of living increase for 5 years now) -Exceeds expectations performance rating does not get you a raise -Difficult to get recognition for diligent work -Promotions are difficult to come by and don't come with the raises that they once did (Engineer II to Engineer III is now around 5% instead of closer to 10% raise it used to be) -Employee engagement surveys get sent out and management does nothing to appease employee concerns -Layoffs have stretched many groups very thin, leaving people to do the job of multiple people and get paid the same
