      The cons working for TechnipFMC are lack of upper management support, managers don’t know how to coach, train or motivate personnel. Managements track record for bad or problem employees is to move them to another department instead of coaching or training.

      If you like ruthless autonomy with zero support this could be company for you.

      Cons

      Just another oil company promising the world and delivering nothing. From day one you are on your own and that will not change during your time at this company. Can be a very cut throat culture when redundancies are looming around every corner and their ridiculous nature of cutting any worker across any discipline below manager makes it all the worse. I've worked for many different varying companies from start-up to the industry gold standard, and I have never seen a company with a colder atmosphere than TechnipFMC.
