1.Which had MNC cluture initially slowly turning into a typical indian company. 2. Projects department shrinks the schedule vastly and compel indirectly to stay for long hours. 3.work used to be repetitve since most of it is completed by head quarter office and the work people do here is managed directly by them..at all times...
