      Fantastic industry with a huge Wow factor Is a business with so much potential if it was structured properly and lead with a single vision and everyone following the leader

      Full of office politics and gets the worse the higher in the organization. (Its all about ego) The key to success is kiss-ass rather than results CEO/Chair is surrounded by Yes-Men who do not hold others to account Is globally structured where the Areas either dictate to or ignore direction from the Global Leaders PCLT is full of followers and lead by a power crazed individual Consistently reorganizes means the organization does not met its potential
