Pros

Rolling Silverware, I can watch movies, listen to music, audiobooks, etc. I am basically left alone to do my job. I do not have to speak to customers or really anyone else if I don't want to. Great as a student to have days off during the week. Very flexible if I need a day off. Really can move into a good paying position in the company if that is what you want to do. I think all of our managers started as employees. Including the GM.

Cons

Not much money, but that is how much I don't want to deal with people.

Pros

-30% off food orders (non-alcoholic but you still pay tipshare) -Free bread and salads

Cons

-Dancing: most of the guests hate how loud it gets so you are killing your tip and it is wasting your time putting you behind. -Management is always a sht show, blaming staff for not wanting to work (you make minumum wage unless people are generous). -Treated poorly by customers and staff. -Everything is about gossip instead of your job. -Inefficient kitchen and dinning room designs make for a horrid space. -They practice wage theft by NC laws at the least. -Yes you make tips but they will always take 3% of the sale from you (20% tip means you have 17% left for yourself) so even if you make no tip, you pay for the table. -No benefits/time off/sick leave. -There is zero consistency so have fun wasting your life here!

Pros

Absolutely nothing, they don’t care about you

Cons

-won’t post your schedule until the day before the work week starts -will cut your hours by 20+ with no notice -can’t respect their employees enough to not make them look stupid in front of customers when they are doing exactly what the managers told them to do -if you aren’t a server, you’re like a second class citizen -if you have bills to pay, don’t expect to get enough hours to afford them! -they will do absolutely anything to make you believe this company truly cares about you during training and then will switch up as quickly as possible. -it is recommended that employees donate part of their paycheck to a program called “Andy’s Outreach” however don’t expect to reap the benefits! this is a company that truly does not care about what happens to their employees.
