I see no pros for working at this company

Cons

This was the worst job experience I have ever had. I felt very uncomfortable working there, I did not feel welcomed at all. Severs were rude, did not make me feel wanted at all. The company lacks diversity, I was one of 5 black employees. This is not a good company to work for. The job fired me for no reason. The job lacks sympathy and the staff does as well. I will never go back!!!!

TERRIBLE pay!! You are treated as high school children. You are limited to a maximum of 3 table sections regardless how good you are. Way too many servers on staff per shift so there is a lot of standing around. They want you to claim 100% of your tips cash included and they monitor it. Very disorganized to work there. They cannot keep staff. No one cares because no one makes money accept salary mngrs
