I was so excited to work here, could have been an awesome job and tons of fun. Terrible management! No one is a leader, you have a bunch of "key" holders who pretend to be a manager. Managers are ALSO servers, who make mistakes, and have guest complaints. How do you respect someone that cant preform the job and harp on you if your triple sat? Only have 3 table sections, no food runners, and tons of side work at the end of the shift. Oh, and management has been changing payroll hours so they can make their bonuses. They also don't ask if you can work an extra shift, you are told you have to. Most servers work 7 days, and your scheduled doubles on Saturdays and Sundays without a break. Everyone is so overworked, they are all miserable.

Low hours, customer:server ratio is getting smaller and smaller, childish staff (plays in front of customers), manager favortisim, staff partying with each other and if a staff chose to opt out they were given lousy sections and written up for anything possible ie: dropped glass and broke it. These are just a few.
