Pros

one of the busiest restaurants good tips

Cons

this company is unprofessional managers fraternizing with employees and such. Also, they ask for tip share that is ridiculously high and you have to tip the food runners. No thank you

Pros

Light atmosphere, friendly enough coworkers who were apt to help when help was needed. Worked very well with schedules and requesting for time off.

Cons

Poor quality of customers, though not necessarily the company's fault. Poor communication between GM and the rest of staff. When applied for advancement within the store, no interviews or questions were given, the position was awarded solely on the oldest member of the wait staff.

Pros

I worked at Texas Roadhouse a long time ago while I was going to school and after the economy took a dump, I lost my job. I remember what a fun place it was to work and that I made decent money there. So I went back for more. I am really enjoying myself again.

Cons

Tip out sucks, but it is a something you have to do at EVERY restaurant you work at. It is 3% of your total sales which is pretty standard.
