Work from home is a good benefit

Cons

Zero flexibility on work hours. Big brother like spying. Micromanagement is completely unrealistic. There is no, how can we improve things, even though they ask. Ideas are shut down. The attitude is get it done no excuses. Worked so much unpaid overtime because it was salary. Constantly working late into the evening and still wasn’t able to catch up. I suggest talking to a current employee before applying because a small amount of positions are as horrible.

Good healthcare benefits, solid matching 401K up to 6%, fully vested after 1 year.

Cons

Appears to be glass ceilings if you don't have an advanced degree like a Masters or PhD. Such a large company, that chances of advancement can't happens quickly. Salary increase caps when transitioning jobs in the company
