Nothing good at all really

Cons

Always OT, the mgt asked for meeting after 7pm and always need to leave at least 9pm No training, mgt expected you had knowledges and passed the so-called training to other teams. The old seafood didn’t really give you the necessary knowledges. Colleagues not helping each other.
