Rewards and discounts Cigna offers rewards and discounts, such as the Cigna Take Control Rewards program.

Cons

High ACA premiums Cigna's Affordable Care Act (ACA) premiums can be high. Limited availability Cigna Medicare Advantage plans are only available in certain states. Customer satisfaction Cigna receives both positive and negative reviews, and customer satisfaction doesn't always match up with company promises. Exclusions Cigna doesn't cover certain medical equipment, such as air conditioners, humidifiers, and treadmills.
