Pay is commensurate with the industry; benefits are fine.

Cons

Layoffs have made getting literally anything done a joke. Clients are furious (and should be), management is forcing people back into the office despite a HUGE resulting loss in productivity and the rationale is an absolute joke. Experienced talent is jumping ship - every day there's a new organizational announcement - so the entire brain trust of the company is draining like water down a flushed toilet. Also, the upper echelons of management are becoming less and less diverse - almost no POC, women leaving in droves. It's not a great look or experience.

Senior Leadership enforcing Return to work initiative enforcing those hired to work fully remote and having that stated in offer letter a to work from office. Insurance benefit is expensive and it’s embarrassing to take your spouse’s insurance which is better and doesn’t work for an insurance service company. There are much better companies out there to work for.

The health benefit arent good or affordable(even though its a health insurance company. You are treated like and unruly teenager that cant be trusted Impossible standards, if you do something right you are also always doing something wrong Overly and insanely Micromanaged Pay is not good
