      Pros

      The big picture of the company is great, incentives for healthy living, and discounts on many vendors such as cell-phones contracts, daycares, and gyms (etc). Many chances for assisting the community, and donating production time to help local charities. The CEO seems very sincere in his hopes to better the company and the welfares of the employees, as well as their members.

      Cons

      Communication is lacking. The rating system is disheartening, an employee can receive a neutral/negative rating despite a year of hard, dedicated work just because their manager has to have a certain amount of employees in a particular rating. Favoritism is a constant, and the need to point fingers at anyone other then the responsible party is common practice.

      16 days of PTO each year. thats all I can say about anything good about CIGNA. Everything else is bad

      Cons

      I would not work here again. CIGNA really needs to improve in all levels. Middle management never finds solutions to problems
