PTO, they barely have customers so it’s slow all day.

Cons

Every day it’s an issue. The supervisors lack the basic knowledge of the job. They play favorites. There’s definitely racism amongst the team with management. Worst company to work for. Nothing is ever fixed. Supervisors don’t do what they say and are just cowards.

Good PTO policy. With 17 years at Cigna, I have 28 days of PTO per year.

Cons

1. New Return to Office policy is HORRIBLE. Aside from the time I have to spend commuting and gas - I'll pay more in taxes and be less efficient. ' 2. After receiving the "Future of Work" "Forced into Office" I reached out to a consultant and found out I am 20% under market value.
