Job security. Everyone is in fear of being laid off which adds to the stress of an already stressful work environment. Everyone is operating for themselves to ensure they keep their job which is detrimental to the team moral and dynamic overall which is unfortunate for the company.

- Poor direct management, lack of management training for middle managers. - No loyalty to long-term employees, - Made redundant with two weeks' notice, just before scheduled medical leave. - Work-life balance discussed but not enforced, very much depends on who your manager is and what their expectations are - they're often unreasonable. - Talent unrecognised. - Internal politics often plays a huge part in decision-making.
