      Cigna has done layoffs for 7 straight months which makes working there very stressful. Employee moral is at rock bottom and the company doesn’t seem to care

      Working from home is the only pro!

      Cons

      They do not even deserve a one star. Management is absolutely horrible, they don't care about your well being. The company constantly lies about their policy, time cards aren't entered correctly, they discriminate, allow customers to berate you for little pay. You cant even use the restroom without someone questioning you. They say there is room to grow but thats only if you know someone who has it in. This companies culture and values are not even a thing, they do not adhere to their policies
