Pay, benefits.overtime in October.hours. That’s all

Cons

Training is horrible nobody knows what they are doing. They teach u to do your job one way but when you hit the floor you get 0 evaluations bc it’s wrong. Managers don’t help. No background noise at all. Even noise you can’t control like a neighbor mowing.they nag . Pull random calls separate from evaluations. Long hold times. Make you repeat the questions over and over that the patients get mad.
