* Salary review takes place once per year (your salary can only be increased once per year, except if your ask for a grade refit) * Grade refits are very rare (so the only way to increase your salary is through salary review) * Even though career plan is a real thing, it seems that the company doesn't take it seriously (you can still use it for your own advantage though) * Although TW has an amazing culture of diversity and inclusion, it isn't necessarily reflected in the salary * In my opinion, like all companies, they say they'll value you and pay a fair amount, but the reality is that they'll constantly push your promotion back even if you already have the skills to be promoted
