      - Safe space to share ideas and opinions - Community for everything that you want to learn - Collaboration between all, TW as one team - Transparency about every decision - Salary and benefits - Culture and diversity is impressive here, mainly the inclusion

      Cons

      - If you can't adapt, this isn't a place for you because you will always learn something new everyday and be challenged yourself to work with stuffs that you never worked
