      Pros

      Being at Thoughtworks has been an incredible experience for me. I'm growing both personally and professionally, and I truly appreciate how the company treats us as human beings, not just resources to be used and discarded. I'm genuinely enjoying my time here.

      Cons

      Some benefits could definitely be improved — for instance, the meal allowance could be higher. Also, the promotion process still feels somewhat unclear to me.

      TW gives you time to learn. The career path is well-defined. Many possibilities to grow. Teams welcome you good.

      Cons

      Offboarding an account can be stressful. All the good-vibes-feelings inside TW is not valid inside the client.

      Here we have the opportunity to play with different tech stacks and receive all support to use our strengths and develop our weakness, since with the study platforms as well financing to do courses and trainings. The community is collaborative and strong, and the application of good practices are a premise in TW as well.

      When the professional has a focus to specialize in one specific tech stack, here is a challenge, since we work as technologist, and could be exposed a range of tecnologies
