Nothing to say here! Title: "Mixed Bag: TikTok's Impact on Professional Prospects" Having TikTok on your CV is good specially as your first job. However, you need to be careful here!!! the platform's reputation for low-level management and interpersonal skills raises concerns among potential employers. I had managers who were asking very specific questions regarding the my current role at TikTok then I always get rejected. This is a common situation between other people as well.

Toxic , unprofessional management. Very poor leadership skills. Very rude and low level people. You get Bonus only if you are the TL best friend! No work / life balance. Very low salary. Performance reviews are ridiculous. People are from very poor backgrounds.

Policies for content moderation are at best vague, and very badly written. Multiple interpretations and overlaps, confusing to everyone. Policy continually changing, and affects Quality of work being done. Nothing nice about working for TikTok
