Pros

It was very easy to get the job. The interview was more just being told about the position.

Cons

Only 2 people on for overnights, no training, no support. I worked the front, was hustling all 8 hours to get the cleaning done and taking customers while the other employee was doing the baking. The other employees were rude to me and the customers, the store was FILTHY, there was no support at all. Even the customers warned me that no one who cared ever lasted long. It was truth, I quit after 2 weeks.

Pros

Started low as a Baker on nights and when I left was a GM. Great potential to be a leader of some sort but depends on the owners drive for success. Pay was okay, Bonuses made it better until it became harder to get the full bonus.

Cons

Not working fork a good owner you could have trouble being heard making it harder to grow. After GM your stuck, no room to move up from there.

Pros

constant on the move makes your shift go by very quickly, you make some long lasting friends. there is not shortage of work, and the appreciation from the customers when they get a perfect cup of coffee!

Cons

Stressful work environment for low wage, customer can be very cranky and will often take their bad days out on you. Training consists of watching 15 hours of videos and shadowing a supervisor for only 2 shifts, then you are expected to dive in and know everything (questions about the job are often answered by other team member quickly) menu items change quickly due to head office and you are left explaining them to the customers.
