Pros

-Consistent 2-2-3 night shift rotation 6:30pm-6:30am -Work 7 days per 2 week period -No cut hours (consistent 11.5 hour days even on days you finish early) -Clear case targets you are expected to hit -Good base pay + bonus

Cons

-Overtime is very seasonal, expect minimal overtime in the summer but that's about it -Even if there is overtime, it is based off seniority so unless you have been there a while don't plan for it -High turnover resulting in constant hiring and new employees -Management doesn't take feedback about employees wanting overtime, they would rather just hire more instead of rewarding current employees

Pros

Good health benefits and AL

Cons

Big Bosses rather sweep issues under the carpet than work on it. Hiring wrong people who can't work or don't know their work
