Depending on the location it can be very hit or miss
Pros
I worked at Tim Horton’s 2 times. The first time was great! My co-workers were great, it’s really fast pace so you won’t get bored, relatively easy work, and flexible schedules.
Cons
The second time I worked at Tim Horton’s it was so bad I started job searching after the first day! My co-workers weren’t very nice, and this location did things very differently then my original one so it was very hard to adjust. They prepared drinks differently and followed different standards on preparing food so there isn’t consistency between locations. You only find out your schedule half a week before your shifts so it really hard to plan things ahead of time ( even things as simple as doctor appointments). Some locations don’t train there workers very well so it’s hard when you first start, also the uniforms are really bad quality and most have technical issues with the pockets or zippers. Standing for 8 hours a day is really hard even if your young and at Tim Horton’s you burn your self on coffee all the time!
