Pros

Customer service experience, you can write in your resume. That's it

Cons

Management treat as a slave and specially managers. They change food policy for employees everyday. In the 30 minutes unpaid break, employee has to be in line to get the stuff, not free, has to pay 50%!!! Scarce of employees, employee retention rate is lower than 40%.
