Pros

Great meeting our new and regular customers everyday. I enjoy a fast paced environment. Your shift flies by quickly. A small pay increase after 3 months. Little extra commission from regular customers that is shared amongst other team members that worked the same shift, including the baker and supervisors. Benefits are good if you work apply for them and qualify after 6 months either part-time regular or full-time.

Cons

Lots of work required, must be able to multitask and work extremely fast at day long. Some locations don't have a lunch room for staff to rest during lunch break. At any TH locations owned by J.E Agnew Food Services, you are not allowed to leave the building during your entire shift. That's why they pay you for your half hour lunch!!! Poor management and supervisors at most locations. They have such a high turnover..geez I wonder why. lol Lots of gossip and back stabbing. No employee bonuses. Low pay and supervisors have a lot on their shoulders if they screw up on almost anything!!!

Pros

I gained some really awesome acquaintances working here. Through this job, I was able to improve my leadership skills as well as my ability to balance my workload between work and school.

Cons

Management caused a lot of stress. People are constantly leaving, and it is really hard to keep a strong team. This, in turn, caused even more stress.
