Pros

Night shift tend to be more fun Work with people in your age group Flexible hours

Cons

Depending on where you work, your fellow co-workers could be fun or stuck up. Apart from the gruelling work you may have to do during rush hours and all the duties needed to be done through the day. The feeling of unfair pay may come to mind all to often. To make it worse, recent subsidizations make things feel like your working in an equilibrium esque setting where all the fun is sucked out by the managers and headf office, they stopped doing birthday gifts( this may depend on location). No perks for being the employee of the month and extra work that just seems to be counter-productive to a " fast and efficient" setting
