Pros

I loved baking at night, I was able to work by myself to achieve the pars. The money was OK, extra bonus cash everyday from tips

Cons

But towards the end of the shift, after the store opened was my busiest time 8-10, it was difficult to "switch" modes at that point and do customer service etc..

Pros

Busy, friendly staff, flexible hours, easy going friendly attitude, Working as a team and alone. Meeting new and different types of people.

Cons

On your feet alot. Staff over turn is alot. Slow pay raises. Not meant for people who cannot work in a fast paced environment. Not meant to be long term unless you want to go to corporate.
