Pros

I have been sent to training classes for food safety, first aid all paid for by my ownerand also paid for the time I was there. Also is willing to send me for managing training classes as needed.they offer benifit packages too that includes dental coverage, drugs, glasses, etc.

Cons

The wage is not that great but seems to run low in all fast food places.sometimes it feels like you are back in high school. The petty arguments get to you. There seems to be alot of drama between staff. Trying to stop the gossiping is an on going issue.

Pros

If you're at a busy location, you don't get bored. You have the opportunity to get to know lots of people. You get discounted food and drinks. If you're looking for a fast food job, Tim Hortons is probably the best you're going to get. Free coffee during shifts!

Cons

Managers can be hard to work with. At the location I worked at many of the staff were more intelligent than the managers, but were forced to be subjected to bad business decisions, and immature managing styles.
