Pros

I was blessed with great management; how enjoyable this job is definitely falls onto your manager's personality.

Cons

Working night shifts was hell; not worth it one bit.

Pros

Making friends with co-workers, and customers, but only if you live in a small town.

Cons

Not enough proper training for new staff. You can make your way up the ladder, but only if you work your butt off, and kiss some butt. And then if you make a mistake, they either demote you or fire you. Being promoted is definitely not worth the aggravation, or the pay. And everyone is expendable.
