Pros

-Well organized (we always had stock) -Schedule in advance -Safe work environment -Reliable paycheck -Good communication with management -Free sandwhich on each shift.

Cons

-overworked, you are expected to make things within target times (ie. Egg salad sandwhich in 20 seconds), you had to work so much -managers were hired from outside the company, and they didn't have the experience to manage. -customers are often rude, yell at you.

Well known Canadian company with a positive work climate and lots of opportunity for growth. Good benefits and lots of strong community efforts by the company

Long hours and a high level of stress in the job sometimes. Hard to balance work and life working for this company.

Pros

It's good for people who has no experience and or immigrant who doesn't speak much english. It's also a recognized company that will help you get some local experience.

Cons

It depends on location, but the store I worked in had really high volume customers and it was exhausting. No much raise either.
