      Not a bad place to work. Not your typical fast food chain.

      Pros

      Small, close environment. I work at a Franchise location in the US, so we get raises every 6 months, they are not very high, but way better than most other food chains who do not give raises at all. Your clothes do not smell like grease.

      Cons

      Advancement is scarce. Customers can be difficult.
