Initially, the benefits were noteworthy. Notably, the company didn't remain stagnant but demonstrated both vertical and horizontal growth.
Cons
Over time, the position grew monotonous as goals, leadership, and new initiatives constantly shifted. While the compensation was acceptable, comparable roles elsewhere offered higher pay for a similar workload. Additionally, the company reduced benefits and unfortunately, right before Christmas, initiated layoffs.
