      Pros

      Cafe is alright - nice soup There is decent career progression if and it's a big IF - your face fits

      Cons

      Got rid of most people who had been there over 3 years to usher in the new regime - made people redundant with 10 years service whilst having very similar jobs advertised Hiring developers in Lithuania to cost cut (wages are half there) claiming it's because 'there are no developers in Leeds' whilst making developers in Leeds redundant Allow a bullying culture and sweep under the carpet with HR if you raise it - I know for a fact people highlight this as the reason for leaving on their exit interview and they don't even discuss it with the people in question Everyone working there is fearing for their job
