I do not have any positive comments on working at TU. They made it difficult to differentiate themselves in the marketplace. I felt like they were looking to shop themselves around for a spin off of the Health care division.

Cons

They do not invest in their products to compete in a very difficult and challenging health care market industry. I found it extremely tough to compete in differentiate their products. Also, I feel the senior leadership was weak and could not articulate a vision along with setting unreasonable sales quota attainment.

I've been with transunion for more than 5 months now. TU is my 5th organization and I must say I've never seen a company putting so much efforts for employee .. be it rewards and recognition, HR policies in these tough times- everything has been so fantastic and perfectly managed. TU sets a perfect example of best workplace to work in India. I love every bit of working here and proudly say TU to be the best organization for me till now.
