Pros

some great people, good benefits

Cons

short-staffed in every department. Running so lean that customers are suffering. Very little growth despite what they tell you when hired. Underpaid across the board/unrealistic demands.

Pros

Hour Lunch / Massage Chairs

Cons

Politics politics politics. 80% of the company is referred so good luck getting in without one. You'll get promoted one time from their entry level position "RAE-1" TO "RAE-2" (without a base salary increase, only commission structure increases) then if you want to move up in the company anymore you'll have to move to where their corporate office is in the windy city of Chicago. Management is only focused on their responsibilities to keep the VP off their backs and come from prior jobs with no prior management experience, but seem to be given the role based on age rather then qualifications. Same goes for most of the other positions within.

Great work/life balance

Business Outlook

Pros

Work-life balance, great employees, benefits

Cons

TU is trying to comp bonus ineligible associates, but it would be great if more individual contributors were tied to revenue vs the discretionary bonus given by management. Also, promotions are sometimes classified as "lateral" moves. The global job framework was a good change for consistency, but we are still behind in acknowledging career development titles for individual contributors
