      Pros

      Company has gone through change for the better since it has gone public. Jim Peck is like a breath of fresh air. Company is doing extremely well and I see an even brighter future for the company. Work from Home opportunity for everyone is nice.

      Cons

      The pay is low and below market value. The hike of 1-3% doesn't really recognize the efforts put in by the employees throughout the year. Managers are inefficient and promotions are rare.

      My division was micro managed to the point that people left at 5pm because they felt no allegiance to the customers or the division.

      Pros

      Speaking as a new hire, the people here are very friendly, helpful, and willing to do what it takes to get you the information you need or direction to whoever can get you what you need. Campus building in downtown Chicago is well-designed, modern, and close to a lot of downtown restaurants.

      Cons

      The crisp branding throughout the building and on the website covers/hides a work-in-progress IT infrastructure. It'll be great to see the the company's internal processes and tools develop up to the level of the company's branding.
