No work life balance despite all the hype, spin and marketing

Pros

good business model, good growth prospects for profitability. Invest and buy stock, but working there, think again.

Cons

If not in big circle and big title, all those pros above, do not translate to the employee.

Company is the worst I've seen it....time will tell

Pros

Ability to move around the organization. Schedule flexibility. Nice people. Pretty good benefits, including FTO.

Cons

Company is really struggling due to economic headwinds and difficulties integrating a really large, expensive acquisition. At the same time executives seem to be disconnected from what is really creating inefficiencies and are double down on policies / paths that make it worse. The recent layoffs could have been handled better and left a bad taste in everyone's mouths. I worry about career paths for Jr. level associates long term as everything that can be offshored is being moved.

Toxic team members are constantly promoted, while other hardworking employees never receive recognition. The upper management team seems clueless and out of touch with employee needs.
