      Cons

      Upper management doesn’t listen to concerns of staff. Healthcare costs keep rising. Poor hiring decisions over the past two years. Many new hires unwilling and unmotivated to go the extra mile.

      At least you have a job!

      Not all positions in the Boca office are created equal. Sales jobs are heavily phone based and the dunder-headed management doesn't budge on that methodology. Micromanagement galore. If your manager was a legacy TLO employee, you will have a different experience than others. You are more or less an order taker, as an AE, and pay is very mediocre. The benefits are standard at best but most companies offer far more on every spectrum.

      Not recommended for people with career ambitions

      Flexible work environment Lots of scope to learn for an associate level roles

      Cons

      Their org structure is confusing and misleading. Mid-Senior level employees are offered low grade which affects the career goals. 30-25% of the CTC is in to compensation
