      Pros

      TU is really committed to driving diversity and inclusion and creating a culture that reflects those values. Good pay, and opportunities for advancement. Overall, great company to work for with great people.

      Cons

      The swim lanes are very murky. This has been made even worse by a number of re-orgs, a large number of acquisitions in the last year and of course the great resignation. There are also a lot of issues with a lot of disparate systems that don't talk to each other.

      People are friendly, inclusive workplace, great work life balance

      Cons

      Some of the technologies are really old and the transformation to newer technologies is quite far off. Not quite as fast paced as some of the other companies in the industry are.
