      Products or solutions that the company offers are relevant and promising in helping businesses thrive

      Cons

      * Employee onboarding should be improved to better equip them in handling work and communicating the product features and benefits (training, resource availability, internal support services) * Company culture can be greatly improved. Cliques , backstabbing and obscurity are prevalent. You can be disliked for no apparent reason, or at least for no valid reason * High employee turnover

      Secure place to work, to a fault

      Pros

      Good compensation and overall easy to know role - job became better when remote. Great corporate culture

      Cons

      Enterprise security can make it very difficult to actually use the machine to work. Between lockouts, not allowing any applications, and needing to be on VPN for some things and off VPN for others is a huge negative.

      1-Best in terms of compensation 2-Smooth virtual onboarding program induces a sense of confidence that the management is serious about their employees. 3- Timely resolution of all the queries help you build confidence in the brand. 4- Timely delivery of all the joining materials helps you keep continuity of work.
