1. Smooth digital onboarding in this pandemic gives "confidence" to the newly joined staff and helps in creating the feeling of attachment with the organization 2. Timely delivery of all joining materials shows dedication of the existing employees towards his/her work 3. Well planned virtual induction shows the strong intention and willingness to welcome the newly joined staff 4. Considering all Sessions of the induction, realized that senior managers are very much cooperative in helping the team in order to get the work done smoothly
