      Great Company to Work For

      Pros

      Excellent work-life balance with top-notch benefits. The management team really seems to care about their employees. You may have to work late/from home sometimes when the company needs you to, but that is balanced with the ability to work from home when YOU need to; its a fair trade.

      Cons

      Some red tape to go through to do parts of your job, as with all large companies, but its nothing that can't be easily learned if you have the desire to.

      Only have been here 2 months but I absolutely love it. The culture and the way employees are treated. I couldn't ask for more.
