Great environment and they really try to make it one. Year over year growth is good.

Cons

Micro management is necessary the industry is heavily regulated. Your sales calls are recorded, reviewed and rated. Always under the threat of corrective action . Corporate push to hire mellenials only which can be good or bad depending on which side of the timeline you are on.
