Great benefits but that is it.

Cons

Managers who raise their voice to you. HR does nothing to assist with managers behavior. No chance of moving up in company. No training for specific positions. Layoffs with little or no notice.

Poor management. Company treats associates like slaves. Eg. You'll login from 8am- 6pm. And they'll be no availability literally it's call after call and whenever you need personal time to just go to the bathroom they penalize your adherence. Second year working for this place but leave has been denied for December that I have filed since September. Our salaries are just not enough for the work that we do. They keep on sending surveys on how we find our work environment I know for a fact that most associates are not happy but nothing is being done with our responses. Literally just looking for another company to work for that will treat one with kindness , respect and dignity because this organization does not. What makes it worse is unfortunately one cannot resign until a new job has been found due to the high unemployment rate. I'm not happy , my fellow colleagues are also not happy all we want to do is get out of this hell hole!

The stock price is lower than when the CEO took over... 6 years ago. Just think aboit that forna minute. This place absolutely hates salespeople. Run away until Salesforce illuminate is dead. Hundreds of clicks and keystrokes on any opportunity, even minor changes. Impossible to navigate the matrix, which is now in India. Everything is one giant "gotcha" moment. This place is garbage and the entire leadership team needs to go.
