Cons
The upper management in Hyderabad is pathetic. I won't name the team but if you are assigned a certain team in Hyderabad it's over for your mental well-being and work-life balance. The manager treats his employees as cattle, has brought in his prev service-based company culture into the team and does a lot of micromanagement. There is little to no work-life balance and you'll often be working over the weekends and yet receive little to no appreciation for your work. The morale in the team is at an all-time low and everyone feels suffocated working here due to the toxicity that has crept up. Would suggest staying far away from TU Hyd. There is a gang of people in Hyd and all seem to be related or friends with each other, leaving no room for diverse thought process or will to take in criticisms over their management style.
