Pros

Until your vertical is not been acquired you are safe.

Cons

Worst handling of PPL. They don't have polices for acquisition. People are forcefully pushed to new entity where they will reduce our CTC and people should blindly accept .

Thank you for your feedback! We try to be as transparent as possible with our associates especially when it comes to new acquisitions. We're undergoing some exciting changes at TU and we understand that during this transition process some important information may go under the radar. We're working to make sure situations like this don't happen. - Amber H., Talent Brand Manager

Thank you for sharing a review of your experience during your time at TransUnion. It’s encouraging to hear how you felt our benefits were a pro, as we work hard to ensure we offer benefits that are meaningful to our people all around the world. But, I’m disappointed to read your comments about the culture and am sorry that was your experience. As you may know, I was appointed into the newly created Chief Talent and Diversity Officer role last August and one area of focus is on our people and culture – connecting our people globally and ensuring everyone has equal access to opportunities. I intend to challenge conventional ways of thinking and be a leader here that is going to influence continued change so we can all show up and offer our best selves. – Teedra Bernard, Chief Talent and Diversity Officer

Pros

* Great pay * Excellent benefits * Unlimited vacation * Decent workplace & diversity culture

Cons

(In my particular experience within the division I worked for:) * Be prepared for a very lengthy interview process * Non-existent coaching, training or mentoring - especially as a new-hire * Highly insufficient support for remote employees * Constant technology issues, particularly tough for remote employees * Even during a wildly successful era of revenue growth, incoming division leadership was purely money-focused not people-focused - this is a stark contrast to how corporate tries to paint the philosophy of the company and internal PR

I'm disappointed to read your review and hear about your experience. It's a priority that every associate here at TU knows they're valued and supported. We've worked hard to offer meaningful, enriching development and training opportunities - even for our newest team members - so that everyone is set up for success. If you feel we're missing the mark and can do better, please reach out to me. - Anne Leyden, EVP HR
