Pros

It's hard to imagine such work life balance in any other org

Cons

Neustar merger is shaking the company's core values that are held high by the employees. Neustar management is definitely not prepared or has the skill to handle TU, it's very visible in every meetings. Yet tu decided to leam on them.

Pros

Good Employee Benefits, Great HQ, Nice People, Great Work-Life Balance, Excellent Communication, Leaders generally care about the well being of their team members. Highly intelligent people in general.

Cons

Compensation is under market. Many associates are accustomed to not working hard and prefer laxed workloads with no accountability or delivery requirements. This is a place you will find people in the same role for +10 years and totally content with no true career advancement or acquiring an additional knowledge base. Everything is over thought and under executed by way of product development and roadmap. Anything new or innovative gets taken over by associates that ask questions to get out of accountability for delivering to the product roadmap and general innovation.
